What makes our

relish unique.

Our relish is cooked in small batches using an old family recipe. Unlike other artichoke relishes, which often add flour, corn starch, and other fillers, our relish is made using only fresh, flavorful ingredients. In fact, each jar contains around a half a pound of Jerusalem artichokes! Although this increases our production cost slightly, we believe in sticking to these wholesome ingredients is more than worth it. In addition to resulting in a better tasting relish with a crisper, cleaner texture, it also makes our product certifiably gluten-free. Each jar is cooked and packaged by Pam herself, who has been making this recipe for decades.
